Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology invites 9th-11th grade schoolchildren from abroad to the international physics and mathematics Olympiad Phystech.International 2019. Problems are presented in Russian and English. The academic competition comprises online tryouts and the finals. The tryouts run until 10 November 2019. Register at the university website to receive the link to the Olympiad problems. The finals will take place at locations in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and other countries on 30 November (mathematics) and 1 December (physics). MIPT will publish the complete list of venues and their addresses on its website after the end of the online test.

Participation in Phystech.International provides various advantages to international applicants. First, it is an excellent opportunity to test one’s skills in the solution of complex problems. Second, the candidates who cope with problems get extra points when enrolling at MIPT. Third, the winners can take part in the final round of Phystech Olympiad in February 2020; the top scorers are awarded Russian government scholarships.
