Two youths submitted documents to the IKBFU Preparatory Department.

Raduan Asdui and Rashid Hamidi Aldui decided to get their needs and wants met as they applied to a Russian university during their trip to Russia to attend FIFA World Cup 2018 matches. In May, they considered studying in Russia and contacted Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University representatives over admission rules and document requirements. Of the Russian cities they toured they liked Kaliningrad best for its architecture, friendly natives and climate. They selected it as their study abroad destination and submitted documents to the IKBFU Preparatory Department. After the FIFA World Cup finals they will return to their homeland and wait for the admission decision. If they are enrolled, the university will send them an invitation which secures a student visa. Just 45 best prospective students will be admitted in highly competitive enrolment. Hopefully, the Moroccan applicants’ training is good enough to make their dream to study at a Russian university come true. Just a reminder: you have to get a student visa to study in Russia; no other kinds of visas are accepted. Please make sure the documents are drawn correctly; more information is here.

The Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University Preparatory Department gives a chance to experience campus life. Foreign nationals take year-long courses in the Russian language, culture and profession-oriented disciplines, take the final examination at the end of studies, get a certificate and decide on enrolling in basic Russian-taught programmes. Raduan Asdui and Rashid Hamidi Aldui, if they successfully complete pre-university training, plan to study information technology and mathematics.
