SUSU's will prepare modern HR specialists in a new programme

South Ural State University is one of the most popular Russian education centres among international students – more than 2,000 came from different countries to study in 150 educational programmes in a variety of profiles.

In the upcoming academic year, SUSU launches a new master's programme in Human Resources Management. It will introduce you to the current situation in the labour market and allow you to study the complexities of recruiting and hiring personnel, budgeting and document flow, methodology of forming and developing corporate culture, including team building and other events. The programme includes modules on strategic personnel management in international companies, modern recruiting technologies, personnel effectiveness assessment, career consulting and coaching, legal regulation in HR and other related disciplines. You will apply all the gained knowledge during your internships with partner companies. The programme is entirely in English, so the level of proficiency upon admission must be at least B1.

Every year the range of necessary competencies for HR specialists is growing. Not only they have to post vacancies, search and hire candidates, but also develop education and motivation systems for employees, and responsible for the efficiency of the entire organization.
