The Selection for State-funded Admission for International Students Was Changed

Annually, international students may apply for state-funded places at Russian universities. Applicants who have undergone the appropriate selection process can come to Russia and study for free. They are also entitled to a maintenance allowance and accommodation in a dormitory.

During 2016, the selection procedure has been altered: earlier, papers could be filed only as hard copies with a representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo. Now, applications are accepted in electronic form – online – on the website of Rossotrudnichestvo.
