Victories in Olympiads, scholarships

  • 8 students got scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and 21 students received a scholarship from the Government of the Russian Federation in 2019.

  • 5 graduate students of RUDN University became winners of the scholarship competition of the V. Potanin Charity Fund.

  • More than 40 RUDN students won gold, silver and bronze medals at the Open International Student Internet Olympiads on the history of Russia, computer science, the Russian language, sociology, cultural studies, law, physics, material resistance, chemistry, economics and ecology.

  • In 2018, more than 100 students won gold, silver and bronze medals at international, all-Russian and inter-university Olympiads on information technology, ecology, engineering, medicine, Russian history, Russian, philology, economics, management, sociology, law and cultural studies.

Sports achievements

  • Student of the Faculty of Philology Zoya Schurova (RF) - 16-time champion of Russia in swimming among persons with disabilities, a member of the Russian national swimming team. Zoya has been invited to the European Championship and Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.

  • Student of the Faculty of Philology Maxim Ionin (RF) - winner of the Moscow Open Beach Tennis Games. In July 2019, he won the bronze medal in the Russian Beach Tennis Cup.

  • RUDN women's volleyball team - 5-time champion of the International Student Games: EuroBarcelona-2018, EuroMilan-2017, EuroBarcelona-2017, EuroMadrid-2016, Euro-Valencia-2015.

  • Student of the Institute of Foreign Languages ​​Konstantin Abdula-Zade (RF) - winner of the World Sumo Championship in Japan in the weight category up to 115 kg.
