Optical microsystems and nanotechnologies

Curriculum includes the set of basic courses, concerning general topics, like basics of nanoelectronics, fundamentals of nanotechnology, as well as specialized courses like high efficiency photovoltaics, diffractive micro-optics, diagnostics of nanostructures etc.
