Chengdu town prospective students can prepare for Russian university entry.

It is the 15th Russian language centre in China. Training venue is top-tier school No 2 in Chengdu. Chinese students and schoolchildren will have a year to train before enrolling in Far Eastern Federal University’s Russian programmes. The first group is to comprise 20 to 30 learners who will start a Russian language course in September 2017. The course, taught by FEFU teachers, is based on the Russian language programme customised for foreign countries. Upon completion of the course, Chinese students will be able to take FEFU entrance exams.

FEFU’s new centre is the first in southern China; a majority of them are located in eastern and north-eastern China: in Zhejiang, Jilin, Heilongjiang and some other provinces. In the previous academic year, FEFU centres taught Russian to 700 Chinese youths.
