HSE Webinar for Foreign Nationals
The webcast targets prospective students considering master’s studies in information technology.
Higher School of Economics Faculty of Computer Science will run an online presentation of master’s studies on 24 April 2019. It specifically targets applicants considering computer science programmes. HSE staff will provide information on the modes of study, tuition fees, discounts, admission rules, application dates and entrance exam preparation. Special attention will be paid to English medium programmes. HSE Faculty of Computer Science offers six graduate programmes in 2019. Three of them - Data Science, Statistical Learning Theory and System and Software Engineering - are taught in English. HSE staff will also highlight campus life in Moscow. Applicants are welcome to ask questions online. The webinar will run in English from 16:00 to 17:30, Moscow time. Preliminary registration is required.
HSE Faculty of Computer Science provides quality education in the most sought-after IT fields. Students achieve considerable success in their studies. In 2019, a team of HSE programmers took the bronze at the ICPC world championship, the most prestigious IT competition. This year a data science student won the first place at the International Data Analysis Olymipiad (IDAO).
