Lobachevsky University Students to Train in Belgium

UNN and Ghent University signed a student exchange agreement.

The accord paves the way to academic mobility for UNN medical students. Nursing and Dentistry are two Russian/English medium programmes in the field of clinical medicine which Lobachevsky University launched in 2019. The first intake showed that these were the most popular programmes among international applicants. UNN medical programmes henceforth will be even more attractive as students can have one semester of training in Belgium. To be eligible for the exchange programme, a student has to finish at least one year of studies at Lobachevsky University, be fluent in English and prove their motivation. Exchange students can choose eight fields offered by the Ghent University Medicine and Life Sciences Faculty. After completing the training, students get the Transcript of Records detailing the subjects and grades. Under the terms of the agreement, Belgian students can come to Lobachevsky University to do part of their master’s thesis using modern laboratories and the high-tech simulation centre.
