The undergraduate programme is taught in English.

South Ural State University has designed a bachelor’s programme in information technology, one of the most sought-after fields of study. The course is titled Communication Technologies and Intellectual Data Processing; length of study is four years. To apply, prospective international students have to take entrance tests in informatics and mathematics. Training will combine theory and practice classes. Curriculum: methods of obtaining, storing and analysing information, software and mobile application design, wireless network operation principles, artificial intelligence, the Internet of things etc.

Classes will be conducted by SUSU teachers and visiting professors from international universities specialising in IT technology. Students have practice at laboratories established jointly with SUSU’s School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science and such companies as Samsung, Emerson and Kaspersky Lab.
