Tomsk State University Launches New Master’s Programme “Innovations and Society”

National Research Tomsk State University announces intake for master’s interdisciplinary programme “Innovations and Society: Science, Technology and Medicine.” The programme was developed jointly with the Siberian State Medical University and the Maastricht University (the Netherlands). The programme is open to students holding bachelor’s and specialist’s degrees in humanities and social, technical or natural science specialties.

Prospective students choose one of two specializations: Innovations in Health and Medicine or Management of Technoscience. The best master’s students are offered to take internships at the Maastricht University or the Free University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and the University of Plovdiv (Bulgaria). Upon completion of training, master’s students will receive TSU diplomas and certificates confirming internships at partner universities.

Length of study is two years; tuition fee is 150,000 roubles a year (2,500 dollars); language of instruction is Russian. To enrol in the programme, applicants should send a cover letter to the TSU and pass an interview and an examination. Find out more on the university website.
