Doctoral Programmes with Funding Are Available for International Applicants
Applications from international candidates are accepting till 31th of May 2016.
HSE has a great experience in teaching international students. Recently only Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes fully funded by Russian government was available. But in 2016 20 international students could study at PhD programmes for free.17 fields of studies in 13 doctoral schools across HSE's campuses in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Nizhny Novgorod are now open to international applicants. HSE's doctoral schools include: Computer Science, Economics, Education, History. Law, Management, Mathematics, Philology, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, Technical Sciences.
To apply, international candidates must submit an online application by May 31. In July all applicants will receive an official decision by the admissions committee. Successful candidates must then submit a required set of documents by August 1. Studies officially begin at November 1.
