NSU journal Russian Geology and Geophysics have become one of the most cited in the world

Russian Geology and Geophysics is the English-language version of the leading Russian scientific journal. Earlier this year, Novosibirsk State University became its official publisher to bring the publication to an international level. By the end of October 2020, Russian Geology and Geophysics received an opportunity to publish on one of the most authoritative global Earth sciences resources – GeoScienceWorld. That brought NSU on the same level with such university publishers as Cambridge and Wyoming, as well as the largest geological societies.

The GSW library contains highly-rated works in the field of geology, mineralogy, oil and gas geology and geophysics. At the moment, the collection includes more than 2200 e-books and 49 journals, and Russian Geology and Geophysics is now one of them. NSU became the first and only Russian university presented at GSW.
