I dream to become a confectioner-technologist and start my own business

I entered SUSU in 2018. Today I am a second-year student of the "Plant-Based Food Products" bachelor's program of SUSU School of Medical Biology. I want to develop as a specialist in this area. I love all the subjects, especially those related with my future profession. The most interesting in this semester are the physical and chemical basics and general principles of processing plant materials, microbiology. At SUSU I like teachers, they can find an approach to each student and have equal attitude for them all. It’s also great when a teacher has a sense of humor.

I actively participate in the extracurricular life of SUSU. I represent Kyrgyz students in the Association of Foreign Students of the Southern Urals, operating on the site of the university. I am a very sociable person, I have many friends and acquaintances. In the Association of Foreign Students I found not just friends, but my second family! These are people who will always help and support. For the second year now I have been taking part in the Association of Foreign Students events and I understand that it was not in vain that I came to this association. Despite the fact that we have different nationalities, traditions and even religions, we are as one helping all students. In addition to Association of Foreign Students events, I also participate in various projects of SUSU, such as the School of the Young Leader, the student council of School of Medical Biology.

Also, during my free time, I work as a volunteer. I also like to cook very much - not only cakes and sweets, but also other, most varied dishes. My hobby is directly related to my future profession. In the future, I dream of working as a confectioner-technologist, opening my own confectionery and achieving success in this area. To begin with, I would like to gain experience in Russia, and then travel to master Europe. I like Chelyabinsk,there are many parks, the forest is nearby and lots of different places of leisure. I plan to go to the Chelyabinsk Historical Museum and visit the city zoo.
