What is TRKI/TORFL?

TRKI/TORFL is an acronym for test of Russian as a foreign language. The English abbreviation is TORFL. It is an international state examination to assess the Russian language proficiency level. TRKI/TORFL History

Russia launched the test in 1995. It had been jointly designed by Pushkin Institute, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Saint Petersburg State University. The universities have TRKI/TORFL centres in other countries where you can take the test.

However, in certain cases, a TRKI/TORFL certificate is a distinct advantage. Contact the university you have chosen for the complete list of required documents. You can place your inquiry using your personal account. Create a personal account to write to the university.
