· Readiness to organize projects aimed at countering nationalism, xenophobia and extremism, protecting the rights of national minorities, preserving their cultural heritage, and finding effective ways to resolve ethno-political and ethno-confessional social conflicts;
· Skills to develop qualified recommendations for solving political, economic and social issues that are closely related to various fields of Ethnology and socio-cultural anthropology;
· Ability to organize consulting events to support the practical activities of scientific and cultural institutions, state and public organizations, corporations, mass media, analytical centers, organizations of the commercial and non-commercial sectors;
· Willingness to promote respect for the historical heritage and cultural traditions of various peoples in the General public, as well as a tolerant perception of social, cultural, religious and racial differences between people;
· Ability to function as a leader!

· find a job in expert and analytical centers, organizations and research institutes; schools and universities;
· provide consulting, expert and project activities in the field of public administration and local self-government, in the planning and implementation of policies aimed at regulating inter-ethnic and inter-confessional processes, and in the field of regional development;
· work in law enforcement agencies and migration services, state and public organizations of information and analytical profile, mass media, social planning, marketing, management of personnel issues and strategic development;
· deal with issues of preservation and management of cultural heritage (ethnological and anthropological museology; ethnotourism)
· carry out General cultural education of the population on issues of Ethnology and anthropology;
