Area of specialization: Medical psychology.
It includes:
- learning of general and specific psychological aspects of mental modifications and recovery;
- increase of personal adaptive resources, harmonization of mental development and interpersonal relationship in the processes of disease prevention, a pathology itself, restorative treatment and rehabilitation;
- learning of features of psychologists’ activities in the field of healthcare (diagnostics, examination, psychotherapy, psychological correction, counseling, etc.);
- development, adaptation and learning of effectiveness of methods of psychological diagnostics and psychological intervention; analysis of the trends and stages of medical and psychological research development.
