Pharmaceutical Management and Economics. Accreditation

The program is designed for managers of pharmaceutical companies, their deputies and heads of departments.

The purpose of the accreditation program for pharmacists in the specialty "Pharmaceutical Management and Economics" is to provide an in-depth study of the theoretical knowledge and acquire practical skills and qualifications which improve the professional competencies of pharmaceutical companies managers, their deputies, heads of departments for independent professional activity within the existing qualification.

The students should acquire the following professional competence (hereinafter - PC):

• Ability to assess the effectiveness of financial and economic activity of an organization, to develop programs of competitiveness assessment of a pharmaceutical market object or subject;
• Ability to assess the effectiveness of personnel management, motivation and acceptance of responsibility for the results of the team.
