Aiming at training highly qualified lawyers with expertise in relations and interactions between state and business, the programme provides instruction on the legal aspects of state and civic transactions, covering the topics of public-private partnerships (PPPs) and cases of compulsory implementation of unconditional requirements on the part of the state. Besides, students master approaches and methods for resolving resulting legal conflicts.
