Economic Sociology and Demography
The objects of research are communication mechanisms for economic and social development, social mechanisms of economic development, and the mechanism of interaction of social and demographic development. The specialization focuses on the influence of social relations and different social norms and values on the optimization of economic processes. It also aims at looking into patterns and processes which determine the reproduction of the population, age and gender, socio-economic condition of the society, social status and group identity, cultural characteristics.

Social Structure, Institution and Processes
The research focuses on processes of transformation of social relations of society according to different criteria, new forms of social stratification, radical changes in the trends of social mobility, value orientations of individuals and groups, and their patterns of behavior. The study of these problems is based on the state statistics, analysis of sociological research data, the researcher’s own empirical data, and the data of the world of social science.
