Programme Focus

The programme includes three blocks: Disciplines (modules), Practice and Final State Assesment. Block "Disciplines (modules)" and the block "Practice" consist of a mandatory part (basic) and a variable part. The basic part of block 1 "Disciplines (modules)" includes special subjects. Block "Practice" includes a training simulation course and a clinical practice. The programme is aimed at forming practical skills in: collecting and analysing  immunological and allergological anamnesis; conducting provocative tests (conjunctival, nasal. inhalation, sublingual); preparing allergens dilutions  for diagnosis and treatment; using  specific immunotherapy with allergens; preparing dilutions of prostaglandins and other mediators of allergy for bronchomotor tests; conducting bronchomotor tests with acetylcholine, histamine;  performing spirometry and  deciphering spirogram; diagnosing food allergies using elimination diets; rendering urgent help in acute allergic reactions (anaphylactic shock, asthmatic condition, etc.), evaluating of the immune status of the first level and the results of specific immunological studies.
