  • Political Science (Political Management)

    The Political Science programme trains students for a profession in the field of political analysis and consulting, management of political processes on the municipal, regional, and national level, public relations, and government relations (PR and GR). The students obtain up-to-date knowledge on social and political processes in Russia and abroad, and obtain modern research and practical skills in the political sphere.

    Professional tasks:

    • research;
    • analysis of modern political processes through the use of general and special methods of modern political science;
    • analysis of political and political-science texts, interpretation and criticism thereof;
    • completion of complex political diagnostics, participation in the examination of legal documents, and organization of work on explanation, prognosis of political processes and problematic situations;
    • processing, interpretation, and presentation of complex political-science information (including numerical data) to solve research and practical tasks.
