Program purposes:
Main objective of training is formation of profound theoretical knowledge and practical skills in research and development activities in the field of economy and control.
The program of a postgraduate study gives graduate preparation in: basic researches in the field of economic theory and finance; researches in the field of history of economic processes, history of economic doctrines and development of methodology of economic analysis; researches of national and world financial systems; nation-wide, territorial and local finance; finance of economic entities; finance of households; securities market and foreign exchange market; market of insurance services; monetary market, monetary system and money turnover; evaluation activities; credit relations, banks and other financial credit institutions; development and enhancement of mathematical and instrumental methods of the economic analysis, methods of analysis of economic statistics and accounting; applied economic researches on the basis of fundamental methods of economic analysis; research of problems of formation and development of theory and practice of control of the organizations as social and economic systems for the purpose of opening of stable relations and regularities defining nature and maintenance of these problems, logic and mechanisms of their permission; detection, analysis and solution of problems of innovative development of national economy, control of key parameters of innovative processes in the modern economy, scientific and technical and organizational up-dating of social and economic systems and also methods and tools of assessment of results of innovative activities; planning, organization and control of flows of material, information, financial and human resources for the purpose of their rationalization; supply and demand, structure and development of markets, their research and segmentation, market positioning of products and companies, competitiveness and competition, concepts of marketing, methods and forms of government marketing activities in organization in modern conditions of development of Russian economy and globalization of markets; researches disclosing sources and mechanisms of achievement of competitive advantages by firms in the modern markets, the latest phenomena and tendencies of world practice of control of the companies; basic and applied researches of the branch, regional and world markets; organizational economic activity of subjects of the market; development of theoretical and methodological principles, methods and methods of control of social and economic systems;; analysis of current trends and forecasts of development of economy, determination of evidence-based organizational and economic forms of activities; enhancement of methods of management and state regulation; study of regularities and tendencies of development of system of guiding of business activity; methodologies, theories of formation and development of business.
Field of professional activity:
The field of professional activity includes economic theory, macroeconomic control, regulation and planning, economy and business management, branches and interindustry complexes, management, marketing, logistics, control of innovations, finance, monetary circulation and the credit, accounting, statistics, mathematical and instrumental methods of economy, world economy, business economy.
Objects of professional activity
Objects of professional activity are: conceptual (fundamental) problems of economic science, including methods of economic analysis; application-oriented problems of functioning of different economic agents, markets and systems.
Features of the curriculum
The curriculum includes mastering of modern theoretical questions, practical training, doing of laboratory practical works on modern and unique equipment, conducting research in the form of classroom occupations and in the form of independent work. The central place in training of graduate students is research and preparation and defense of thesis, preparation of PhD thesis under the leadership of outstanding scientists participating in research projects in relevant areas of basic and applied researches, that allows to create at graduate students ability to work in research team, to generate new ideas and also to show skill of independent research. In the course of research graduate students acquire skills of search and analysis of scientific and technical information, learn current problems of development of science and technology, acquire skills of setting research problems, representation, approbation and protection of results of researches. Special attention is paid to training of compilation of reviews, reports and preparation of publications, implementations of results of researches.
