The programmes are run according to the 1 + 1 scheme: students spent the first year at a partner university and second one at NSU.
Another highly demanded double degree program is in International and Russian Business Law held in cooperation with the University of Wismar, Germany, where students study in the 3rd semester. Within the cooperation with Heilongjiang University, there are also many bachelors programs in the 2 + 1 + 1 format: the first two years students study in Harbin and then complete their studies in Novosibirsk. As with the master's programmes, the language of instruction is Russian.
