Tomsk State University, in turn, is actively developing undergraduate programs with Shenyang Polytechnic University. Students can choose one of the various courses: Russian language, Chemistry, Informatics or Financial Economics. TPU, another representative of Tomsk, also offers students double degree programs with universities in China and, in addition, conducts joint scientific work with the country's leading laboratories.
