Students are provided with thorough knowledge of modern oil refining methods. The two-year course includes practice at an oil refinery where they observe the refining cycle as company employees comment on technological processes at each stage. Career opportunities: high-tech and science intensive oil companies, development and optimisation of existing technologies, product quality control.

Biotechnology is at the juncture of biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics and physics. The programme is designed for students with experience in natural sciences who wish to learn modern research methods to continue their career in bioengineering. Length of study: two years; students begin a research project of their own as early as the first term.

Interview. Requirements: English language proficiency at B1 or higher, bachelor's degree in Biology, Physics, Biophysics, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Environmental Sciences.

The four-year programme is focused on global and regional international relations. Simultaneously, students study two languages; one is English, the other is selectable (Spanish, German, French or Chinese). Internship opportunities are offered by SibFU partners universities in Europe and Asia. Graduate can be employed at state-owned or private organisations to establish and maintain international relations at different levels.

The programme aims to teach students to design and develop software products using data analysis and machine learning. They also learn to write and manage programme documents.
