• Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" – Urban Environmental Safety (Bachelor). Full-time form of study for 4 years. Basis tuition fee is RUB 157 000 (USD2616)/year. • Kazan Federal University for Master’s degree offer Ecology and Nature Use Management Programme. For applicants who have no or a loose command of the Russian language, there is a possibility to pass a preparatory course with the profound studying of the language and sciences required to continue studies in their chosen field.
