Building intercultural dialogue together!
Students from more than hundred countries of the world study at Lobachevsky University (UNN). That creates a unique multicultural environment, and at the same time makes it possible for students to learn about the culture, traditions and a pack of other countries and peoples.
The University regularly holds on cultural and educational work and meetings between students and various organizations with the help foreign students to adapt in a new socio-cultural environment.
As part of such events, on Thursday, July 15, Lobachevsky University was visited by a representative of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Mr. Munir-khazrat Beyusov. During the visit, Munir-khazrat Bulsov delivered an informational and educational lecture of the history of Islam in Russia and the Nizhny Novgorod Territory to foreign students of UNN, as well as gave instructions and recommendations regarding study and normal behavior.
The foreign students thanked Munir-hazrat Beyusov and the leadership of Lobachevsky University for an interesting and informative meeting and expressed their wish to participate in these meetings in the future.
