Foreigners Studied Russian in Siberia
30 international students from 11 countries spent the summer at Novosibirsk State University.
18 Russian students were assigned this year to assist 12 language instructors in helping foreigners adapt faster. All of them are future teachers of Russian as a foreign language. Volunteers strive to help guests practice their Russian as well as feel at ease on the campus and find interesting pastimes. Kids from different countries communicated between classes over a cup of tea. International students had exciting trips and master classes organized for them.
“Thank you for the best summer of my life!” wrote some of the participants. After this School many foreigners decided to continue their studies as NSU.
