SibFU hosted the multinational event for the fifth time.
Youth Fellowship, an annual SibFU festival in the beginning of the academic year, helps consolidate international students and introduce them to traditions of other nations. This year, students from Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Jamaica and other countries gathered on the campus to present an entertainment programme they had prepared, with dances and musical performances.
Twenty-odd SibFU teams competed in sport events. Spectators saw a sacks battle on the crossbar, popular in Bashkortostan, and safed chubak, a national Tajik team game. Utensils and costumes of different nations were displayed as well. International students enjoyed parading folk costumes and offered everybody to taste national dishes.
