The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia has published an order on Russian university admissions.

The official release of the results of the Unified State Examination (EGE) which is taken by Russian school leavers launches an application period of nine days for prospective undergraduate or specialist students who will take university entrance exams or 23 days for those who will present their EGE scores to the Admissions Board.

All documents are submitted online using the university website or the Gosuslugi public services portal. The applicant has to fill out a consent to admission form to confirm that they will present previous education certificate in the original and do a medical check-up during the first year of training.

Russian education authorities postponed the start of the Unified State Examination to 8 June. The results are expected to come out seven to 14 days later. However, the EGE date is tentative as it depends on the epidemiological situation in the country. We recommend you to contact the Admissions Board of the chosen university in order to get accurate information. Create a personal account and write to your university; you will get a reply within ten workdays.
