My name is Aggrey. I'm from Tanzania. I'm a second year Master student at the Department of Economics doing a Master programme in Oil and Gas Management, l'll graduate this year. Novosibirsk State University provides me with the best education facilities and Russia is among the top countries to learn about the oil and gas industry. Of course, Siberia is a very cold place in winter but the kindness and generosity of the Siberian people makes me feel warm. I feel different now that I speak a little bit of Russian.
