I’m a student at Samara University in the aviation division, and I find studying here to be really interesting. We have professional lecturers working with us. We’re always conducting different kinds of research, becoming more and more immersed in science. 

The university’s infrastructure is also very important to me. It’s great to work in modern laboratories that have been fitted with all of the necessary equipment. The university offers a number of different computer classes, and it’s easy to go online. There’s a huge library that has both hard-copy and electronic resources, accessible archives of international journals and databases, and a convenient automatic-search service is available. So you can find the scientific article you’re looking for quickly and without much trouble.  

The university is actively fostering international cooperation – there are a lot of international students studying here like me, and we’re made to feel welcome. We make friends and socialize with our fellow compatriots from back home, as well as with the local kids. I can honestly say that since I’ve been studying here, I’ve truly come to love Samara and my university.
