All-Russian Engineering Competition
The X All-Russian Engineering Competition for undergraduate and graduate students has started. The winners will receive special prizes from employers, employment opportunities and an advantage when entering the next level of education.

Applications for participation are accepted until December 1 on the official competition portal. The competition is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.
The main goal of the competition is to involve young people in solving promising production, technical and economic problems that are of strategic importance for the development of the country's industry.
Final students of bachelor's, specialist, master's and postgraduate programs can participate in the competition.
The 400 best works will be selected for the semi-finals, at which stage the authors will have the opportunity to finalize their project under the guidance of experts and specialists from leading Russian enterprises. In addition, to improve their level of competence, participants will be able to take master classes, trainings and consultations from key employers.
Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Olga Petrova said that since 2014 the competition has become one of the most significant competitions for future engineers. She also noted that the number of participants increases annually. So, last year, children from Crimea, the Donetsk People's Republic and Sevastopol joined the competition.
"The children offer truly unique and promising qualification works - these are real engineering projects. And the competition experts, including top managers of industries and top officials of various corporations, note the high level of preparation of the contestants. I am sure that the new perspective of young engineers will help find interesting solutions to the problems proposed to them. The competition is designed in such a way that from stage to stage, completing tasks, taking trainings and master classes, the participants improve their skills and knowledge. By and large, the All-Russian Engineering Competition has become one of the important elements of the ecosystem for training a personnel reserve of highly qualified engineering specialists," Olga Petrova emphasized.
The results of the All-Russian Engineering Competition will be announced in June 2024. 100 finalists will present their work to the heads of high-tech corporations and industries: Rosatom State Corporation, Roscosmos and Rostec, Russian Helicopters JSC, RusHydro PJSC, Russian Railways JSC, United Shipbuilding Corporation JSC, United Aircraft Corporation PJSC, Basis Consortium Association.
