Russian-Armenian University (RAU) holds a conference on the transformation of science and management.
The conference brought together representatives from 27 universities and scientific organizations from seven countries, as well as more than ten business structures. During the two days, participants discussed the key challenges and trends in the transformation of science and management.
Professor Arzik Suvaryan, Head of the RAU Department of Management and Business, emphasized that the rapid development of technologies and artificial intelligence leads to a systemic transformation of all sciences.
"We use the term 'engineering' to encompass all key areas," he noted.
Nikita Lukashevich, the Deputy Director for International Activities at the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics and Trade at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, emphasized the significance of ethics and well-being while discussing a people-centered approach to human resource management. Professor Sergey Kalenjian from RANEPA presented successful management cases and emphasized the importance of the symbiosis between theory and practice.
The conference activities were organized in five sections, including at AraratBank and the ISTC Center.
