Summary: Possessing knowledge from various fields, the conflictologist combines them to solve the main goal – to find options to resolve the conflict with minimal costs, to provide the parties in conflict with additional resources for its constructive solution.
Program includes the formation of the comprehensive knowledge about regularities of conflict origin, dynamics, structure and socio-psychological state of subjects in conflicts; knowledge about negotiation methods and methods for achieving consensus in the interactions between individuals and various associations of people; knowledge about conflict resolution technologies, mediation.
Students are provided with international internships of a scientific and educational orientation.
Graduates of the program are well prepared to begin their careers in consulting and mediation companies, banks, bodies of state and municipal government, in social services, in public and political organizations.
