The program covers the following areas: expertise and quality control of products, technologies, production systems, certification, auditing, information and analytical, consulting, educational and other activities in management and provision of high quality goods and services.
Graduates will be able to improve quality management systems in the organizations selling goods, performing works and delivering services. Specialists will develop and implement measures on increasing economic efficiency and improving product quality, will work with documentation for launching new production processes, deal with improving the quality of the processes, products and services of the organization, check quality of the services and products provided, develop and implement innovative means of quality control, take part in the production tests, certify production and products. The specialists will also implement measures to improve safety and environmental processes and introduce information technology into production to ensure the protection of information.
