Upon completion of their Ph.D. program, graduates will be able to work in the following fields: mathematical and computer modeling, design, construction, use and maintenance of materials, components, electronic devices, vacuum systems, plasma, solid, microwave, optical, various functional purposes of micro-and nanoelectronics; research and development aimed at the creation and operation of devices, systems and complexes, based on the use of electromagnetic waves and vibrations for transmitting, receiving and processing information.

The graduates will have an understanding of materials, components, electronic instruments, devices, methods of research, design and engineering, production processes, diagnostic and technological equipment, mathematical models, algorithms for solving standard problems, modern software and information support of the processes of modeling and product design electronics and nanoelectronics; radio devices, methods and tools for design, modeling, experimental testing and pre-production.
