Forensic Medical Toxicology

Audience: forensic medical examiners.

Abilities: to perform correct sampling of internal organs and tissues from a corpse when establishing the cause of death for the purpose of forensic chemical expertise, taking into account the physical and chemical properties of the estimated or unknown toxic substance and its posthumous distribution in the corpse; to interpret correctly results of forensic chemical analysis taking into account toxicokinetic properties of the toxic agent.
