The program prepares the students for norm-making, law enforcement, expert and consulting, organizational and management, research, and educational activities. The program includes a variety of special and elective courses, so the students can specialize in constitutional and municipal law, criminal law, criminal procedure and criminal science, administrative law, administrative process.
