The training program for highly qualified personnel has as its goal the development of students' personal qualities, as well as the formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in the direction of 27.06.01 "Management in technical systems".
The complexity of mastering by students in postgraduate of the educational program in the direction of training 27.06.01 "Management in technical systems" in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education is 240 credit units, including all types of audience and individual work of the student, practices and time allocated to control the quality of mastering the educational program by the student.
The program Standardization and product quality control is offered by the Department of Innovation of the Polytechnic Institute at FEFU.
The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists for a selected scientific field – equipped with knowledge and skills in the development of methods of product quality control, information processing and searching for new approaches when creating systems for standardization and conformity assessment of facilities, as well as capable to conduct research in the theory of standardization and quality control.
Сlasses and lectures are delivered by highly qualified faculty members of Far Eastern Federal University.

In the process of training students:
· prepare a PhD thesis;
· study the methods aimed at theoretical development and experimental study of the issues associated with development of competitive national products;
· study the methods of researching documents on standardization, approaches to the development of product quality control systems;
· master expert, qualimetric and other methods for assessing the quality of facilities, standardization and quality control processes;
· study the methodology of pedagogical science in the relevant field.
Students gain knowledge in the following areas:
· methods of analysis, synthesis and optimization, mathematical and information models of the state and dynamics of the quality of facilities;
· standardization, metrological support, quality control and product conformity assessment;
· methods of standardization and management (control, management, provision, improvement, planning) of the quality of facilities and services at various stages of the product life cycle;
· technical and economic foundations of standardization and development of the system of standards;
· improvement of conformity assessment of products (services), quality systems and production;
· scientific foundations of automated integrated management systems for production efficiency and quality of work based on standardization.
Each form of scientific activity (research, teaching) involves the completion of various types of work by graduate students, including:
writing reference papers, reports and scientific articles;
implementation of practical work;
participation in seminars and conferences at different levels;
performance of scientific research;
knowledge transfer to students through their own educational activities.
