Within the framework of the Russian-British program "International Management" managers are trained to work in multinational corporations on international markets. The knowledge and skills of managers are subject to special requirements - they need to understand macroconditions of their business, sources of its global competitive advantage, content, and technology of related international commercial transactions, especially the organization of multinational companies, virtual enterprises and firms, human resource management in a cross-cultural environment , the mechanics of working on the international markets of commodities , services and capital, to master at least two foreign languages, professional understanding of the issues of information technology management software. These specialists, along with fundamental training in management should have competencies in the field of international business, global economy.
