Graduates of this program carry out scientific research in the field of development and producton of high-tech components for electronical equipment, such as microwave devices, components of power electronics, rad-hard devices. During the whole period of studying students carry out research using cutting-edge lab equipment in labs and R&D centers of NUST MISIS as well as partner universities and companies in Russia and abroad. Acquired competencies allow them to design and realise strategically important scientific projects in development and modernisation of national infrastructure in the era of gloval digitalisation.
Graduates who successfully accomplished this bachelor's program can be employed in the field of material science, components, electrical devices and tools, units, methods of their research, design and construction, technological production processes, diagnostic and technological equipment, mathematical models, algorithmic solutions of typical tasks, modern coding and informational management for nanoelectronics and electronics modelling and development.
