Nanotechnology and Materials for Micro- and Nanosystems

The program is aimed to train Bachelor's professionals for the industry sectors related to nanotechnologies development, such as nanoscale materials and components for electronics, research and application of materials and technologies for obtaining of micro- and nanosystems for different use, high-tech manufacturing with the use of nanotechnologies and effective resource and energy technologies. During research activities students use infrastructure of the leading russian and foreign R&D centers and enterpirses. Graduates of the program carry out material science research in order to design micro and nanosystem technics and work in manufacturing enterprises and R&D centers.
