Public Power: Legal Basis of Organization and Activity

The program is aimed to develop the students’ personal qualities and cultural and professional competencies in accordance with the federal state educational standard for major Jurisprudence. The graduates of program Public Authority: the Legal Framework of the organisation and Activities will 
• be able to carry out their professional activities on the basis of constitutional principles and values, guided by legal awareness; 
• get an understanding of public authority, executive authorities at various levels, parliamentarism;
• get the awareness of forms and methods of legal influence within the framework of subordinate legal relations;
• study the patterns of organisation and activities of public authorities, especially the functioning of the legal (legislative, administrative, jurisdictional) process.
• mastering the specifics of various forms of coercion and sanctions applied for violating the norms that are the subject of regulation of public law sectors, 
• develop skills in professional legal activities in the framework of interaction with public authorities and working in these bodies.

• to give a comprehensive interdisciplinary understanding of the organisation and activities of public authority;
• to carry out interdisciplinary scientific activity and research in the field of organisation and activities of public authority;
• to prepare a competitive graduate capable of carrying out activities in the system of public authority at a high professional level.
