The aims of the degree program are:
development of the students' personal qualities that contribute to their creative activity, general cultural growth and social mobility: dedication, organisation, diligence, responsibility, adherence to ethical values, tolerance, perseverance in achieving the goal;
formation of cultural and professional competencies that enable the graduate to work successfully in his chosen field of activity and be sustainable in the labour market.

Program tasks:
To form the concepts about the goals and objectives of the graduates' professional activities; 
To ensure the formation of the graduate’s personality by organisational and scientific means; 
to train to carry out survey, drawing and design, production and managerial activities; 
to foster the willingness for the subsequent professional development in the field of construction.

The objects of the professional activity of the graduates are industrial and civil buildings, engineering, hydraulic and environmental facilities; building materials, products and structures; heat and gas supply, power supply, ventilation, water supply and drainage systems for buildings, structures and settlements; environmental objects and objects of the environment, interacting with buildings and structures; real estate, urban areas, objects of transport infrastructure and housing and utilities.
Bachelor’s diploma provides the opportunity to continue education and apply for master’s degree programs in construction.  

Employment: managerial positions at construction enterprises, state executive authorities, local governments, design and construction organisations.
