International law and integrational associations law

During the course of study, you will master the theoretical aspects and international legal problems of regional integration in Europe and in the Eurasian space, as well as the current problems of judicial practice in integration associations. In addition, you will master the typology of interaction between international law and the law of integration education, as well as the theoretical problems of legal integration in international and domestic law. Knowledge of the legal principles of organisation and operation of the Eurasian Economic Union, the most important provisions of the Treaty on the European Economic Union governing foreign trade, macroeconomic and monetary policy, energy relations, taxation, intellectual property and labour migration will allow you to analyse and sum up the most important economic activities in relation to the ratification of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union by the member states.
