The programme aims to prepare professionals with fundamental and applied knowledge in the basic areas of mathematics, physics and computer science, to teach how to use the methods and approaches that underpin modern technology, and to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute to scientific and technological progress. The programme also includes specialised subjects related to aviation technology, enabling graduates to become scientists and engineers in theoretical and applied areas related to aviation, including fluid and aerodynamics, structural strength and flight physics. The programme allows graduates to work as employees and managers not only in academia and industry in the aviation industry, but also in other fields, including education and information.
