Training of bachelors in psychology is the first and main task of the whole system of preparation of psychologists. This is the first level – full higher education focused on meeting the needs of the labour market.
Bachelor of psychology should be able to solve complex psychological tasks in the main sectors of society: from education (kindergartens, schools) and health care to national defence and the privacy of the citizens. It is assumed that 20% of graduates continue their education at one of the areas of graduate studies. Other graduates can work as social psychologists, personnel managers in state and municipal institutions, commercial organizations, psychologists advertising services, psychologists-consultants in a variety of social and psychological centres as well as to undertake private practice, be a business coach, life coaching, etc.
