The program prepares highly-qualified scientific and pedagogical staff in physical electronics – the area dealing with the study of fundamental principles of physical processes which define the making and functioning of devices and instruments for all branches of modern electronics, microelectronics, nanoelectronics, optoelectronics and bioelectronics, elaboration of principles of instrument production and electronics engineering, research into the physical properties of materials.
